How to find product Serial Number. The serial number is printed under the product model name. How to find model name; How to find product Serial Number. On the slim chance that someone happens to google the serial number, I'd just like to point out that this Synology DS1513+ NAS with the serial number 13C0LNN000433 was stolen from a residence in Verdun.
Dear Synology, I am trying to fill up a ticket on your support system. However it's asking for 'Product Serial Number' which I cannot find on the hardware. It says 'Located on the bottom, rear side or upper case of the product'. I tried punching in numbers from what I've found on the bottom of my DS409, but your systems says that it's wrong serial number. I can't find any other serials on the case of the box.
I even tried looking inside. Where do I look for product serial number if non of the below are good enough for support system? Below is what I have on the bottom of the box. I have the exact same problem as Richly. No serial number printed on my DS410.
There is a serial number printed in my receipt but that didn't work in the support form. I've had it for more than three years so the box it came in is long gone. I e-mailed about a week ago, no reply yet. I can't PM the forum admin because I'm new in this forum and 'have to participate more' to be allowed to send PM's as I understand it. Error description Failed to load web user interface.
All I got was a server error. All filesharing within my network still worked fine except DS PHOTO+. Tried to shut it down by pressing the power button until I heard a beep. The beep never came, but the status LED started to blink, file sharing etc still worked fine. Before I had the opportunity to troubleshoot further, we had a power outage and now the DS410 won't boot at all. Startup LED is blinking blue, disks are starting up, after a few minutes the HDD LED's blinks orange and the fans power down and then up again. Like as if the boot sequence cycles.

Any suggestions on how to get in contact with anyone at synology will be highly appreciated.
Product keys are required for installation of Autodesk products and are used to differentiate products that are both sold independently and as part of a product suite. For example, installing AutoCAD 2019 as a point product requires product key 001K1, but installing AutoCAD 2019 from the AutoCAD Design Suite Premium 2019 requires product key 768K1. The same version of AutoCAD is in both software packages but the product key differentiates one package from the other.
Note: Please ensure you are using the correct product key for the Autodesk product and version you are installing. Entering an incorrect product key will result in activation errors for that product.
